Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we offer a free replacement or exchange. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is covered by us.
